Before you start

Before using your new hearing aids, read through this guide and the Getting Started Guide included in the box.

Important safety information

Choking hazards of swallowing small parts

Keep all small parts (for example, hearing aids, earpieces, domes, etc.) out of reach and sight of children and others who might swallow these items. Seek emergency medical treatment immediately if someone is choking on small parts or batteries are swallowed.

Comfort & Volume Safety

Do not insert or continue using the hearing aid if the sound is too loud or you experience pain, irritation, or discomfort. Remove the device immediately and consult a hearing care professional if issues persist.

Fitting & Size information

The receiver should sit flush against your skins hen correctly sized. If it feels too tight or too loose, switch to the second size included in your box.

To remove the old receiver:

  1. Hold the receiver between your thumb and forefinger close to where it attaches to the hearing aid
  2. Pull the receiver firmly away from the hearing aid

To attach the new receiver:

  1. Hold the new receiver between your thumb and forefinger close to the plug
  2. Position the plug in the hearing aid receiver socket
  3. Press the receiver firmly into the socket until secure
