At Fortell Research, your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with our services. Because we serve clients in the United States, this Policy is designed to comply with U.S. privacy laws. Our services are not intended for use outside the U.S.

Please note: This Privacy Policy is different from our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how we use and share your health information for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations. You will receive that notice separately if you become our patient.

• Health information: hearing test results, audiograms, device preferences, and other health-related data. Note: When this information is Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA, it is governed by our separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices rather than this Privacy Policy.
• Payment and insurance information: billing details, insurance provider, policy number.
• Usage information:  mode of use, duration used, volume level, streaming status, level of stationary noise
• Online activity: information collected through cookies, web beacons, pixels, or analytics tools when you visit our website or use our mobile application, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and usage patterns.
• Testimonials or reviews: if you choose to share them with us.
