Yes. Fortell AI Hearing Aids are for prescription use by adults only. You’ll need either a hearing exam in the Fortell clinic or an audiogram from the past 6 months to purchase Fortell AI Hearing Aids.

Fortell AI Hearing Aids are designed for adults with mild to profound hearing loss. Everyone’s hearing loss is a little different, so a consultation with one of our audiologists is required to confirm Fortell is right for you.

With proper care, hearing aids can last for many years. With Fortell, your purchase includes five years of audiological care—regular adjustments and fine-tuning, unlimited cleanings, and annual hearing exams.

Fortell AI Hearing Aids are compatible with iPhones. The companion app lets you adjust volume, noise-reduction settings, and connect with your care team.

Yes. You can connect your Fortell AI Hearing Aids to your iPhone via Bluetooth to stream phone calls, music, and podcasts directly to your ears.

Yes. You can switch between All-day AI, Front Voices, and Conventional modes using the button on the right hearing aid. You can turn the volume up or down with the button on the left hearing aid. The companion app also makes it easy to change modes, adjust the volume, and use an equalizer to fine-tune your hearing aids.

The battery lasts for 18+ hours, even with Fortell AI on its most aggressive setting. The charging case holds up to 60 hours of additional charge so you can extend the battery life on the go.

Fortell AI Hearing Aids are prescription devices so your first fitting happens in person at our New York City clinic in consultation with one of our audiologists. Follow-up visits and adjustments can often be handled remotely (by phone or video chat) but some changes may require a repeat in-person visit to our clinic (ex: adjustments to the physical device)
