Meet your audiologist

“Fortell sounds unlike any other hearing device. Once I heard it for myself, and got to know the people behind it, I knew it was something I wanted to bring to my patients."
Our services
Clarity begins with care.
Your Fortell experience, step by step.

Your audiologist guides you through a comprehensive evaluation and explains what the results mean for you.

We program a demo pair to your hearing profile, then have you listen in real-world conditions so you can hear the difference, especially in noise.

Once you choose Fortell, we fine-tune the settings until the comfort and clarity are right, and keep adjusting as you live with them.
Frequently asked questions
Our Greenwich clinic opens this fall. Until then, one of our audiologists will come to your home or office for your appointment. You can schedule by calling 203-202-3218
Dr. Morgan will come to your home or office at a time that works for you. She brings everything she'd have at the clinic—full audiometric testing equipment, demo pairs, fitting tools—and walks you through the same evaluation, demo, and fitting you'd have in person. The only difference is the setting. Once 380 Greenwich Ave opens this fall, you'll visit the clinic instead.
We're seeing patients within 40 miles of 380 Greenwich Ave. If you're not sure whether you're in our service area, give us a call at 203-202-3218 and we'd be happy to check.
Yes. If you're a Fortell patient, you're welcome at any Fortell clinic. If you're in Manhattan and need an adjustment, you can schedule an appointment at our 530 Park Ave location.
No. There's no additional fee for appointments at your home or office. Your only cost is the hearing aids themselves, which include five years of audiological care and a three-year warranty.
Plan for about 90 minutes. That gives us time for a complete hearing evaluation, a personalized demo, and a same-day fitting if you decide Fortell is right for you.
A quiet room. We bring everything else.
Yes. We perform full audiometric testing including air and bone conduction testing and speech-in-noise discrimination. Nothing about the evaluation is shortened or simplified.
Follow-up care can happen at your home, over Zoom, or at our NYC clinic, whichever works best for you. Once 380 Greenwich Ave opens this fall, we’ll welcome you there. And anytime you have questions, you can reach us by phone, email, or text.
