Start with an introductory call

Share your hearing test

If you decide to move forward, you’ll share a recent audiogram (from the past year). A licensed audiologist will review it to confirm that the program is appropriate for your hearing needs.

Visit our New York City clinic for your first fitting

You’ll come to our Park Avenue clinic for a 90-minute appointment where your audiologist fits and fine-tunes your Fortell AI Hearing Aids. This visit ensures your devices are precisely calibrated to your hearing.

Continue care from home

After your visit, your audiologist remains available to support you remotely. Adjustments and questions can be handled via video, phone, text, or email – whichever is most convenient.
